In case of bad weather, most festivals are postponed till the next day. If the weather is bad on both days, the festival will be cancelled. Atami is famous nation-wide for it’s hot spring bathing, Onsens, and is especially good for Tokyoites – Tokyo people – because it’s only 1 hour away.
