Hello! My name is Natsuko. Thank you for visiting my page. I used to work for a trading company, which gave me the opportunity to use English with overseas business partners. After leaving the company, I became an English teacher for children and I discovered that I really enjoy spending time with kids. I also had the experience of being a host family for international students, and it was so fulfilling to show them around various tourist spots and see them happy. I hope you can have a wonderful experience in Japan too! Would you like to join one of my fun tours? I look forward to seeing you again!

Naoki Great Guide

Thanks to Noaoki my family had so much fun in Kobe. He is knowledgeable, caring and funny. I’m so happy I found him.

Simone B.

Dear Simone, Thank you so much for spending your precious family time together. I am glad to hear that you all enjoyed the tour in Kobe and Arima. You are all kind and wonderful people and I really enjoyed guiding you around. Please enjoy the rest of your stay. And if anything I can do to help as a friend please let me know! Best Regards Naoki

Non-informativde tour

We planned a few hours stop in Himeji to visit the castle and the old town. Kazu met us at the train station as agreed and helped us with the logistics of storing our luggage, then led us to the castle. From then on, nothing much really happened. He has very little or almost nothing to say about the castle or its history, and just walked us around. What could have been an interesting tour ended up quite boring for the group, which quickly dispersed. The walk in the old part of town later was not much better, with nothing at all to say about it. Overall, a disapporing expensience. :(

Ziad H.

Dear Ziad, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your honest feedback. I sincerely apologize for any aspect of the tour that fell short of your expectations. Your input is incredibly valuable, and I am committed to learning from it to ensure a better experience for future guests. I hope you’ll consider joining me on another tour in the future, where I can provide a more enjoyable experience. Thank you again for your candid comments and for allowing me the opportunity to grow from them. Warm regards, Kazu

Private Tour to Hello Kitty Smile Awaji Island

Had a great day with Natsuko whom is very good with kids. Traveled with a party of 4 adults and two toddlers and Natsuko was amazing singing nursery songs and helping us find formula. Had an amazing time at Hello Kitty Smile allowing us to go back to shop more at Hello Kitty Smile and Apple. Kept us on schedule, held one of my infants to sleep on the bus. Also reached out to bus company as I lost my diaper bag on the bus. Really a fantastic time especially since we took public transportation where as Natsuko normally drives to Awaji island

Wilson L.

Thank you very much for your kind review. It was a pleasure to have your lovely family join the Awaji Island tour. I had a great time singing songs and taking care of your adorable twin children. It was delightful to see your wife enjoy interacting with Hello Kitty, shopping, and participating in the stamp rally. You truly value your family, and I appreciate how kindly you treated me as your guide. Please come visit Japan again. I am grateful for choosing me as your tour guide. Thank you so much.
