“Yoshie is an Excellent and Friendly Guide”
We enjoyed spending the day with Yoshie. He is an amazing guide that speaks excellent English. You can tell he loves showing people around his beautiful country. We saw all of the major sites of Kyoto, using taxis, trains, and 25,000 steps! If you want to see Kyoto guided by a local, you can't do better than Yoshie!

Hi Kevin. I really appreciate your superb comment on my tour in Kyoto. I also enjoyed myself guiding and talking with you two. I hope our paths will cross someday soon. I wish you and your family the very best of luck. Yoshie

“Kyoto tour tailored to our needs ”
Our cruise ship was docked in Kobe, and Hiro willingly adjusted his tour to fit in with our need to return to Kobe before the ship sailed away. He met us at Kyoto Station, and returned us there in good time for our return Shinskansen to Kobe. Despite having less time we still had plenty of time to enjoy Kyoto Castle and Kinkakuji Golden pavilion.

Hi David-san, Thank you very much for giving me the high grade. I am glad if you could have had a glimpse of our history in the turbulent years and of the beautiful structure. I wish you a happiness and a good health in the years ahead. Regards, Hiro

“Kyoto Highlights and Hilltops”
Another great day with Alex. He really knows the city and when he made suggestions as to what to do and in what order, our time together simply flowed. I also really appreciated that when, in casual conversation, a site was mentioned, he immediately said, How about we try to go there? That flexibility along with his humor made for a memorable day in Kyoto.

Ready to cool off from the day’s heat and high activity? Book a tour to the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, a mesmerizing forest of towering bamboo stalks. Beyond the visual appeal, your Kyoto tour guide can share stories about the significance of bamboo in Japanese culture overall, and help you gain appreciation for Arashiyama's natural beauty in a more intimate way.
