Originally from Shizuoka prefecture which has Mt.Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan. I took 2 working-holiday-visa stays in my younger days. One is in Toronto, Canada, and another is Australia touring by motorcycle. One year respectively. I love travel both international and domestic. That's why I love helping individual travelers rather than group tours, because I myself love travel freely. Love nature, gardens, trekking, greenery, also anime. My favorite is taking you to the off-the-beaten tracks where I love. As a national government licensed guide, I've got deep knowledge of Japanese culture and history. I really enjoy talking about the way of life with people from different cultures. We see what you like and talk what you are interested in. That's my style. If you don't know what to want, I can help you with that. I'm happy to make tailor-made tours only for you (up to 4 people) upon your request. ・Half Day as you like (up to 4 hours) : 40,000 JPY ・Full Day as you like (up to 8 hours) : 64,000 JPY ・Extra hour over 8hours : 6,000 JPY/hour I'm quite an outgoing person, ( but organized well! ), easy to get along with anybody, including small kids to teenagers. Hello, welcome to my page! My name is Midori which means GREEN in Japanese. You can call me Midori or Green. I grew up and have lived all my life in Yamanashi Prefecture where Mt. Fuji is and it is only 2 hours bus riding from Tokyo. In my spare time, I hike and play badminton. I also like spending time with my two cats in my free time. I worked for an English conversation school in Japan for 23 years and was teaching English and also helping Japanese students to become better English speakers. “Mt. Fuji Custom Private Tour with Luxury Van”
Despite the wet weather and not being able to see Mt. Fuji, we had a great experience! We went to Chureito Pagoda, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen, Kawaguchiko Lake for lunch, Torii in the Sky and the Wind and Ice Caves. We had plenty of time to explore each area without feeling rushed. Miyuki was our driver - she was amazing at navigating the roads up the mountain and very kind and polite. The food at the restaurant that was recommended by Fuji Limousine was also really good. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate - but something we knew could happen because we came here during the rainy season. Just means that we'll have to come back another time! Jenny

“Chinami is the BEST!!”
We had 2 half day tours with Chinami. She is so knowledgeable, loves this area, knows about all the culture and picks the best restaurants!! We did a sake brewery tour that is a must do! So fun, the sake guide was great and the sake was absolutely delicious! The Itchiku Kubota Art Museum was beautiful and explained the history of Itchiku Kubota and his art of creating kimono designs. We are a family of 4 from Texas and Chinami was so easy to allow us to change plans and decide our exact design of how we wanted our days to look. I can't express enough what a wonderful woman and human being Chinami is!
