“The best tour we have ever taken.”

Take met us at the port and we connected super easy. He had listened to our travel desires and planned an amazing 4 hour tour for the 3 of us. He was so knowledgeable and easy to converse with. He had a print off for each of us with important information for our day, along with snacks mid tour and a sweet hand written gift at the end. He had tons of facts along the way about the history around us and also took pictures for us at some of the spots he took us to. We hope to visit again and would 100% book with Take again!

Thank you for your kind review! You were all so friendly and kind, and I truly enjoyed spending time with you and chatting with you. It was so funny that Rick tried to sit in the front right seat (the driver's seat) shortly after I suggested that one of you could sit there for a more comfortable ride. I also thought it was lovely and funny that Sarah brought a photo of her husband, who couldn't join us on this cruise. I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit to Shimizu during your cruise. “SHIMIZU TOUR”

Yasuko Y. arrived at the cruise terminal on time. Instead of a group of four, only two people went. Our Chilean friends took the tour of the Castle Park in Shimizu. Since Spanish is not her native language, fluency is not her strong suit; she struggles to express herself in Spanish. The main complaints from the couple who took the tour concerned the taxis cost, the wait time for the taxi to arrive, and the taste of the food served during lunch. They did not like the meal they were given and left their plates completely full.

Dear Javier, First of all, thank you very much for your valuable feedback. I apologize to the couple for not being fluent enough in Spanish during the tour and for not being able to provide a thorough explanation. I also believe I may not have explained the taxi fare and waiting time clearly enough. I’m sorry that the light meal I recommended—instead of a full lunch—didn’t suit their taste. I will take this into consideration for future tours. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to both of them for participating. Finally, I think the highlights were seeing Mount Fuji and that they were able to enjoy the matcha and the Japanese garden.

We came straight from our cruise, and she welcomed us with real warmth and energy, she shared great info, and kept the day engaging. What really stood out was how smoothly she guided us through transportation systems. We never felt lost or stressed. We stayed active, learned a ton, and felt truly cared for. She was an excellent guide. We highly recommend her!
