The town of ISE is known as a home of Japanese Shinto religion among Japanese people.
This tour covers the highlights of Ise town which are two Grand Shrines, Naiku (Inner Shrine), Geku (Outer Shrine) and Okage-Yokocho, an old atmosphere shopping district.
The tour mainly focuses on the history, religion and foods of ISE, and so you get to learn the unique way of the local lives.

At ISESHI train station (JR Side Exit)
- If you would like to meet up at your hotel, the meet point can change upon your request.
Meeting
"Iseshi" is the train station of JR-Sangu Line.
Please meet me at JR Side Exit of Iseshi station.
If you catch Kintetsu line to this station, walk over and use JR side Exit to exit the station.
Geku (Shrine)
After meeting with the tour guide, do a welcome briefing.
Tour starts and walk to Geku Shrine first.
Local bus
Catching a local bus at the entrance of Geku Shrine and off to Naiku.
Bus fare is ¥390 per person.
Take some lunch break before visiting Naiku Shrine. Try some local foods such as Akafuku (Mochi sweet with smooth red bean paste), Ise-Udon (Thick Udon noodle with special soy sauce) and Tekone Hand-roll Tuna Sushi.
