We will eat our way through the Yanaka shopping district. You can enjoy delicious Japanese sweets shops and yakitori (skewered chicken barbeque)
Old Japanese garden
The shrine is said to have been founded nearly 1,900 years ago and is one of the ten shrines in Tokyo.
Yanaka Cemetery is also well known for its cherry blossoms. The central garden path is commonly called "Sakura Dori," and when the cherry blossoms bloom on the branches that cover the path, it looks like a tunnel of cherry blossoms.
Cultural facilities such as the Tokyo National Museum, the National Museum of Western Art, the National Museum of Nature and Science, and the Ueno Zoo are concentrated in the area.
