“The best guide ever!!”
Tsutomu san treated us like family, like ohana. He was patient, kind, playful, and extraordinarily hospitable!! He accommodated our age ranges and physical limitations. Tsutomu-san also went way above and beyond to entertain and play with my children, engage our papa in wonderful conversation, and ensure we were comfortable and supported. “Amazing, truly personalized custom private tour!”
Tsutomu san exceeded every expectation! He was extraordinarily thoughtful, detailed, and flexible with out family which included ages 3-74. His thoughtfulness included taking pictures of our family at every stop and collate them to match a numbered/alphabetized map of the Tokyo metro so that we can match each picture with each stop, walking hand in hand with my 3yr old, and adjusting our tour to perfectly match our pace and preferences on the spot.
