“A Taste of Tokyo with Yuta”

Our original guide left the company. Go With Guide placed us with Kota. Kota was not able to tour due to illness. However, our guide Yuta for our two-day tour was excellent. Kota remained in contact with us through the two days also. We were extremely satisfied and Yuta was kind, helpful and an excellent driver. Our family will certainly use Go with Guide for any future touring needs.

“A Wonderful Mt. Fuji Tour with Kota”

After helping us plan an incredible four days in Tokyo, Kota went above and beyond once again by driving the distance to meet us at Shimizu Port for a private tour to see Mt. Fuji. From start to finish, he made the day feel relaxed, personal, and truly special. Kota took us to some of the best viewing spots for Mt. Fuji, allowing us to enjoy the scenery without the stress of being on a large tour bus or surrounded by big crowds. He knew exactly where to go for beautiful views and peaceful moments, and he was also wonderful with the camera — helping our group capture photos that we will treasure for years to come. Any special requests we had were met with kindness, enthusiasm, and a genuine eagerness to help make things happen. Kota speaks excellent English, made everyone feel welcome and comfortable, and clearly wanted us to have a fun and memorable experience. For anyone looking for a private, leisurely Mt. Fuji tour that feels thoughtful, flexible, and personal, we would highly recommend spending the day with Kota.

Dear Sabrina, First of all, I feel a little sorry that part of Mt. Fuji was hidden by clouds and that we could not see it in its full beauty. Even so, I’m truly happy to know that you still enjoyed Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas despite the weather! It was a long day of traveling, but the conversations we shared along the way, the seafood we ate together at the end of the tour, and the photos we took together are all still wonderful memories for me. I’m sad that our time together passed by so quickly, but I’m sure we will meet again someday! Vancouver is a very special place to me. Thanks to Kota and his team, we were able to enjoy such a wonderful variety of experiences — from Shibuya Sky, teamLab Planets, Memory Lane, Golden Gai, and even an owl café, to one of the absolute highlights of our trip: attending the Grand Sumo Championship tournament. They somehow managed to help us secure tickets to the sold-out event, which was an unforgettable experience and something we were so grateful to be able to do. We especially want to recognize Eri, who took such great care of us while guiding our group. When one of our elderly family members experienced mobility challenges, Eri handled the situation with so much kindness, patience, and care. She helped us adjust the balance of our itinerary so we could still enjoy the experiences we had planned, while finding thoughtful ways to minimize walking and make the day more comfortable for everyone. Kota and his team also went above and beyond in helping us track down souvenirs and special items we really wanted to find. No request seemed too small, and they made every effort to help us locate everything on our list. We truly cannot thank Kota, Eri, and the entire team enough for making our time in Tokyo so special. Their care, flexibility, and attention to what mattered most to us turned our visit into something far more meaningful than a standard tour.
