We will enjoy a lot types of transportation, such as cable car, rope way, mountain train, Hakone Tozan Railway and visit Owakudani, Lake Ashi, Hakone Shrine, etc.. You can also add hot spring if interested!

Meeting Point

We meet at the hotel lobby in Tokyo.
Normally we take a bullet train to go to Odawara station.
Odawara Station
We take off the bullet train at this station and take a bus.
Lake Ashi
Beautiful caldera lake.
Hakone Shrine
We visit one of the most beautiful spots in Hakone.
The gate of this shrine is in the lake.
Lunch
Soba noodle or other.
Lake Ashi ( Pirate Ship )
We take a pirate ship at Motohakone port and enjoy the view from the lake. If you are lucky, Mt. Fuji might be visible!
Togendai station
We take off the pirate ship and take rope way
Owakudani
Owakudani is the area around a crater created during the last eruption of Mt. Hakone some 3000 years ago. You can enjoy black egg here!
Hakoneyumoto station
We go to Hakoneyumoto station from Owakudani by ropeway, cable car, and Hakone mountain train.
Odawara station
We take a bullet train to go back to Tokyo.
Back to hotel
We back to hotel in Tokyo.

After my professional sales experience for a business machinery company in Yokohama, I pursued an opportunity to teach in China.
I worked as a Japanese teacher to foreigners in Shanghai.
The longer I lived abroad, the more I came to appreciate the unique aspects of Japanese culture. So I started learning English and Chinese to become a bridge to help bring foreign visitors closer to Japanese culture.

“Wonderful Customization”
Maru was a delight. She provided a tour for my two friends and myself celebrating a milestone birthday. We exchanged a few rounds of messages to customize us (for example, us older guys were not too interested in in Harajuku). She was quite tolerant of my friend who had his first trip to Japan, and had many questions. I sought our Maru even though I add travel to Japan for more than two decades because I thought it would be a nice way to kick-off the trip - and it was indeed!
