Kawagoe is in the western part of Saitama prefecture next to Tokyo. It is a long-established commercial town from Edo Era. Unlike Tokyo, it survived air-raids of World War Two because it was in the suburbs of Metropolitan. Thanks for that, there are lots of traditional buildings and houses of different ages in a good condition. Now then, this place is getting more and more popular not only among foreigh tourist but also Japanese tourists.

“Fantastic - Highly Recommend Kahoko”
We had the pleasure of having Kahoko as our guide for two days in Tokyo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and worked closely with me to plan an itinerary that included places and activities that would interest my teenagers. As this was our first visit to Japan, we had some apprehension, but having her guide us put us completely at ease. She created a thoughtful and well-paced schedule for both days and even helped us adjust it smoothly when the weather changed. She expertly navigated us through Tokyo’s metro and on foot, allowing us to see and experience so much of the city efficiently. At every stop, she provided interesting insights and context that deepened our appreciation for the sites and for Tokyo itself. She was attentive to everyone in our group, chose excellent local spots for lunch, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Beyond our two days with her, she gave us helpful tips for the rest of our trip, including clear advice on getting around the city and on our train journey to Kyoto. Thanks to her, we felt more confident exploring on our own and gained a better understanding of Japan’s culture and daily life. We truly enjoyed our time with her and highly recommend her to anyone visiting Japan — especially first-time visitors.

Thank you very much for the kindest review ! As I was wondering how your rest of the time in Tokyo going, I am glad you were moving safely to Kyoto. I had such a lovely time with a wonderful family, always cheerful and caring each other. Just looking at you made me heartwarming. Even though we were not very lucky about weather unfortunately, you were always tolerant , flexible ,and ready to enjoy every element. In case of rain, guides can do only limited things and naturally clients tend to be unpleasant. Still, you were rare and amazing exception. Although I made some mistakes about museum schedule or the route to temple, you didn't care and even soothed me ! I can't appreciate enough about your biggest heart. You are such a terrific family ! Thank you very much again and I do hope your family's good luck ,health and happiness !

Thank you very much for the prompt and kind review! I have been wondering if I made you walk too much. Still, I had such a lovely time with four of you. I was able to learn lots of new things about your country and culture. Probably, our next trip will be England and Scotland. Thank you for the information! I just hope you a relaxing day tomorrow. Please take care and enjoy your trip!
