Kawagoe is in the western part of Saitama prefecture next to Tokyo. It is a long-established commercial town from Edo Era. Unlike Tokyo, it survived air-raids of World War Two because it was in the suburbs of Metropolitan. Thanks for that, there are lots of traditional buildings and houses of different ages in a good condition. Now then, this place is getting more and more popular not only among foreigh tourist but also Japanese tourists.

“Visiting Tokyo and Nikko ”
My husband and I had the good fortune of touring Tokyo and Nikko with Kahoko. She is knowledgeable, engaging, gracious and helpful. We stayed at a hotel she recommended which was lovely and historically significant. With her guidance, our first trip to Japan started on such a high note and remained memorable to the end.

Thank you very much for the kindest review! I have been to Nikko so many time, but I had such new experiences with you this time like half-frozen lake or off the beaten lined-up jizo statues. These became definitely unforgettable memories. As you are warm and mild, I just enjoyed the time with you in Tokyo and Nikko. I hope you come back to Tokyo some day soon. Probably , with your family? Until then, please stay fit and healthy. Take care !

“Shibuya tour Shibuya Sky, dinner at Shibuya Crossing.”
I contacted Kahoko back in the December from the beginning Kahoko was very efficient, and promptly answered my questions. Kahoko, prepared a wonderful itinerary for me to start on the date of my arrival. Kahoko, arrived on time at my hotel with a friendly welcoming smile, and a polite Japanese manners. Kahoko, took me first to see Hachiko statue at Shibuya station, then we had a delicious Wagyu beef at a wonderful restaurant. After, our dinner we went to Shibuya Sky which Kahoko got the tickets for both of us. I really enjoyed my time with Kahoko, she was friendly, spoke a perfect English, and she was very helpful, and I was really happy that she got me the Shibuya Sky tickets. My tours with Kahoko was amazing, and I treasure many wonderful memories of our tours… I will definitely come to Tokyo, and I will contact Kahoko again. I highly recommend Kahoko as your tour guide in Japan.

Thank you very much for the thoughtful and heartwarming review!! It was very encouraging for me.. You gave me a great motivation for my future tours. At the night I had such a lovely time with a charming lady. It was like a girls' night out with my friend. Even though we were not lucky enough with weather, you never complained about that and was very cooperative and positive thinking. Actually, you saved my day. Really, I appreciate your tolerance. Probably, your are thinking about your next trip, northern light viewing tour. I hope you will be able to complete it. I hope you will come back to Tokyo some day ,maybe with your husband. Good luck for your negotiations. See you then. Please keep fit and healthy !

“2 Half day tours with Kahoko”
My husband and I book two half day tours with Kahoko in Tokyo. We enjoyed spending each day in different parts of the city. She was very flexible with the itinerary and made different suggestions based on our interests. Kahoko was incredibly helpful by introducing us to the subway system and aiding us in buying tickets on the Shinkansen to Kyoto. Because we did half day tours, she asked us where we would want to go after the tour and drop us off there. We really enjoyed our time with Kahoko!!
