“Excellent tour of Hiroshima”
Kahori-San was an excellent guide with stories of local history and present day Japan. It was a full 4-hour tour

“Overall a bad experience.”
First off the tour itself seems to just be shopping. 2nd even after asking to slow down he kept speeding off in crowds and leaving us behind. Finally he asked us to buy his lunch. Seems since we already paid for the tour we wasn't looking to spend more. We ended up telling him I was sick and needed to head back to the hotel early because it was more stressful trying to keep up with him rather than look for stuff ourselves. Overall I wouldn't recommend the tour.

“Ueno Feedback”
We enjoyed our trip but would have preferred to have more stops at Izikayas as a crawl through authentic street food focusing in a guides favorite gourmet treats.
Etsu I.
Thank you so much for coming all the way to visit. I’m truly sorry that the tour did not fully meet your expectations. Your feedback is very valuable, and I will definitely use it to improve the experience — especially by including more visits to Izakayas so guests can enjoy a wider variety of dishes. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. I hope to have the chance to guide you again in the future. Warm regards, Etsu
