Aoyama Dancing Square
If you like to take a lesson modern or ballet, this is the school for you. Most of their classes require some previous experience, but they do offer a beginners course. The lessons by Masahiro Yanagimoto (Thu and Sat) are good for non-Japanese speakers as well.

Dance Studio Casino Get ready for some serious hip-shaking at Dance Studio Casino. They offer all kinds of latin dance classes to dancers of any level and organise a range of dance parties to try out your new moves. And best of all: their salsa try-out lesson is free!

Tokyo Swing Dance Society
Skirts twirling around and suspenders abound in this fun swing dance school. If you like rock and roll, this is the place to go. English speakers won’t have any problems here (their website is even in English). Book a private lesson or join the flurry on Wednesdays (around 19:00) or Sundays (13.30). Singles welcome.
