Atsuko is a wonderful tour guide from the very beginning all the way through. Before the tour, she produced an itinerary based on our wants and her experience. We ended up hitting all the major spots we wanted to visit. During the tour, she was accommodating and quick to resolve unplanned needs such as needs for water or bathroom. She explained things to us from cultural and historical perspectives. In the end she even helped us resolve a confusion on our dinner reservation made by the hotel. In summary, Atsuko is a great tour guide and she went beyond what’s expected of a tour guide.

Tuve la dicha de visitar Kyoto, Japón, y gracias a nuestro guía turístico, la experiencia fue verdaderamente inolvidable. Como puertorriqueña, me sentí bienvenida y bien atendida en todo momento. Siempre estuvo dispuesto a adaptarse a nuestros intereses, responder nuestras preguntas y compartir con entusiasmo sus conocimientos sobre la historia, cultura y tradiciones japonesas. Más allá de su profesionalismo, fue una persona genuinamente cálida y servicial. Se notaba que ama lo que hace, y eso se reflejó en cada momento del recorrido. Gracias a él, no solo aprendimos mucho, sino que también nos llevamos recuerdos hermosos y significativos de Kyoto. ¡Recomendado 100%!
