Fuji is and it is only 2 hours bus riding from Tokyo. In my spare time, I hike and play badminton. I also like spending time with my two cats in my free time. I worked for an English conversation school in Japan for 23 years and was teaching English and also helping Japanese students to become better English speakers. I was born and grew up in Yokohama. I used to work in Tokyo for more than 20 years. I became the National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter in English in 2013. At first, I had attended a volunteer group which provided a tour of the Imperial Palace East Gardens until 2015. I guided more than fifty times in the garden as a volunteer and studied about Japanese history and culture. Based on this experience, I became a tour guide of this online site in 2015. Since then, I have guided more than 500 tours in Tokyo as well as Yokohama, Kamakura, Hakone, Kyoto, Nikko, etc., while improving my tours. I live in Yamanashi Prefecture in Japan. I am a certified National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter in English. I acquired my certificate in February 2017. I can arrange walking tours in the Aogihara Forest area including lava caves like the Ice Cave and Wind Cave, and also strolling tours in the nostalgic town of Yamanashi. We are going to hike from 1st station to 5th station on Yoshida trails. Climbing season over 5th of Mt Fuji is from July 1 ~ Sep10. However, you can hike from the first station to fifth station on Yoshida trails in most seasons. You see many plants along trails and see a few lakes if the weather is good.
