The Ochudo, also known as Middle Road, was a special trail for ascetic practitioners that circled Mt.Fuji at the level of the fifth station. We are going to hike from 1st station to 5th station on Yoshida trails. Climbing season over 5th of Mt Fuji is from July 1 ~ Sep10. However, you can hike from the first station to fifth station on Yoshida trails in most seasons. You see many plants along trails and see a few lakes if the weather is good. I recommend these people who come to Mt Fuji out of climbing season or who would like to experience not too hard climbing.

“A delightful and experienced guide”
Mr Kunio is an experienced and friendly guide who was patient and tended to my family with young kids. We opted to take the public transport as we wanted to experience traveling like a local. We were not disappointed. Communications with him was easy. His itinerary was clear. Highly recommended!

Dear Ignacio, Thank you for your review. It was cloudy but we were lucky to view graceful Mt. Fuji partly covered by cloud. Unfortunately, we couldn't visit the maple festival because of terrible traffic jam. Instead we enjoyed the lake cruise by the samurai boat. Thank you for taking my tours. Yuki
