If you plan to stay in Kusatsu, please make your own reservation by yourself.
Triple Hot Spring Tour Pass costs 1600 Yen.
(You can vist three different hot springs with the pass.)
The ticket of Yumomi and dance costs 600 Yen.
It is also possible to arrange a taxi from Kusatsu hot spring to Tokyo.
The price is also 60000 yen.
This tour is mainly targeted at the following people.
1. People who are using wheelchairs.
2. Persons with disabilities.
3. People who are difficult to move by public transportation due to health and aging,etc.
Of course, their family and friends can also be on board.
Important message from the guide
I have my own registered care taxi service and I will be your guide and driver for the tour.
Also, my car is a Toyota Hi-ace, wheelchair accessible vehicle and non-smoking.
My service is basically for wheelchair users, people using cane and elderly people.

You sent a van with a wheelchair lift that took up 60-70% of the interior space. It was cramped, uncomfortable and NOT requested and very expensive. on 26September Mr Vincent Carlino has a car and driver ordered for pickup at 7am from ONSEN TO HANEDA aIRPORT. Scheduled with Soq J. please send a car and or limo with NO wheelchair lift so they will be comfortable. Thank you

(25 reviews)Thank you for using my service. My vehicle is a Toyota Hiace with a wheelchair lift. I think this is explained in my self-introduction, but my vehicle is not a limousine. I'm sorry if you seem to have been misunderstood. Also, the distance from the hotel in Tokyo where your customer stayed to Kusatsu Onsen is about 200 kilometers. Even if you use a regular taxi, it will probably cost you more than 80,000 yen each way, including expressway fees. My fee was 61,000 yen, which is not expensive compared to the average market price. It seems that they requested a car or limousine to be sent on the 26th, but I am not aware of that. You haven't made a reservation for me on the 26th. You should double check your reservation. It seems like you've misunderstood something. Thank you again.
