Open Air Museum
The Hakone Open-Air Museum, is an outdoor sculpture gallery that plays with nature. Situated in the mountains of Hakone , it spreads across 70,000 square meters and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. This art museum opened in 1969 and was the very first outdoor gallery in Japan. The museum is the perfect spot to go for a leisurely stroll surrounded by nature, all the while appreciating great art.
Owakudani
Owakudani (大涌谷, Ōwakudani) is the area around a crater created during the last eruption of Mount Hakone some 3000 years ago. Today, much of the area is an active volcanic zone where sulfurous fumes, hot springs and hot rivers can be experienced. Additionally, Owakudani has good views of Mount Fuji on clear days.

Lake Ashi

The “Torii Gate of Peace” (heiwa no torii), which shows the beauty of Lake Ashi.This is also a famous check-in spots on SNS.
