Meeting Point
We talk about it
- We just find the best place for our meeting point, it can be your hotel so you don't need to worry about traveling around Tokyo if you are not familiar with the city or somewhere else if it's good for you.
Shinjuku - Reality
I will show you how locals REALLY spend their daily life and some activities which Japanese people like doing in their free time and most of the tourists can't believe it! I will also show you many curiosities I find about this city which make it so special! Here we will also spot Godzilla and visit the Tokyo's ''central park'' (looks like the one in NY).
Harajuku - Vibe
Let's visit the fashion district and where all the Animal cafe are located! (Yes, thig pig café, the owl, dog, cat, meerkat!). This is one of the most enjoyable neighborhoods where you can try many Japanese snacks, buy souvenirs and just enjoy the vibe! I will show you how young people spend their time in Tokyo, and I will explain to you why this is called the fashion district, how everything started and show you the ''particular'' fashion style which was originated on this neighborhood.
We will also visit the most visited and important Shinto shrine in Tokyo, which is one of my favorites! (and if we are lucky we can even see a traditional Japanese Shinto wedding) Here I will tell you about Japan's history, about their emperor and about the link between the royalty and the participation of Japan in the two world wars.
Shibuya - Modernity
We already talked about Japan's past, now it's time to feel Japan's future! This is the right place to see japanese modern culture! We will visit the most famous dog in Japan, Hachiko (who have movies dedicated to him thanks to his loyalty). You will be able to include to your checklist crossing the Shibuya scramble crossing (you can't leave Tokyo if you don't do that!!) and I will show you some amazing spots for getting the best images and videos of the crossing (Yes, like the one you usually find on social media with a lot of people in the crossing looking like ants!) and some of the best spots on this neighborhood!
Lunch time - Japanese Gastronomy
We can go and have lunch whenever you get hungry! It's not fixed beforehand so you just let me know when you want to have lunch and I will show you the best options available in the area, from Sushi to Ramen, and many other options so you can try the local gastronomy!
Asakusa - Tradition
We will visit one of the few remaining ''traditional'' neighborhoods in Tokyo since most of the city nowadays is about big modern buildings but here we can still feel the old-fashioned vibe! We will go to the most visited Buddhist temple in Japan, the Senso Ji temple and I will explain about Japan's religion (do you know that each person have two religions at the same time?) I will tell you all about it! Also, I will show you my secret view point from where we can see the sky tree and the entire area!
Imperial Palace - Royalty
We will visit the Tokyo station and i will tell you how this area became the financial district! I will show you my favorite viewpoint with panoramic views (and, if we are lucky, we can even spot some couples getting some pre-wedding photos).
Then we will see the imperial palace and visit it's east gardens, and I will tell you more about Japan's history and the importance of the main dynasties here!
Tokyo Tower - magnificence
We will end our tour visit the most iconic place in Tokyo, another thing to check in your check list if you are coming here... The Tokyo Tower. It was inspired by the Eiffel Tower from Paris and it became a really iconic place to go while visiting Japan!
I will also show you a temple which is nearby to the tower, where you can get a perfect photo which describe completely what Tokyo is! There's no better way to finish our day tour around the most iconic places in the city, welcome to Japan!
Ending Point
It can be the Tokyo tower, your hotel if you need, or another area if its covenient for you!

English :
Hi! I'm Fran, a passionate traveler. After visiting more than 30 countries in my life, I wanted to share my passion about traveling and the knowledge I got from my experience, and that's why I became a travel content creator for social media…
Even when I enjoy sharing traveling content for a lot of people online I still wanted to share it in a more personal way so, since I moved to Tokyo a long time ago, I started giving tours in English and in Spanish, so i have experience giving a lot of tours .
With all the tour groups we had an amazing time, so I'm looking forward to preparing a personalized itinerary for you and take you around Tokyo, the city which made me fall in love with (and that's why I settled here despite keep traveling!), I want to show you how people REALLY live here and not only the ''tourist traps'', how their culture works, talk about history, religion, traditions and show you some of my favorites spots in the city. I can always share with you information or some advice is you want to know about other countries, which I already visited, if it's about traveling, I'm always open to help and share my experience.
After my personal experience as a tourist in other countries I found tour guides usually take this as a job so they lost their excitement, and they show us around just like part of their routine so, in my case, I try to be like I wish other tour guides were with me while I was traveling: a person who loves traveling, who loves his city and who have a lot of knowledge and tips to share !
Anything you need, feel free to send me a message!
