“An outing with Hiroyo..”

Had a fabulous day with Hiroyo , when we went to visit Mount Fuji region. Everything ran smoothly from meeting us at our hotel on time , to arranging train tickets with comfortable group seating , to a fabulous day where we didn’t feel rushed. The Sake brewery experience was fabulous. Sadly we didn’t see Mount Fuji due to the weather but everything else associated with this tour was great.She even entertained us on the way back with some origami on the train. Her English was very good. She was a very nice lady. 10/10.

“Half day tour around Kawaguchiko ”

We have a wonderful time with Ryohei. He is attentive and always gave us suggestions and choices of what we like to visit. He rearranged a few stop points due to the weather so that we could see more ! He recommended us to visit a Lava rock forest and it was an experience! We walked about 5 minutes into the entrance point of the trail and it was an amazing experience! He carefully escorted me, as a senior with no experience of trail hiking!! We enjoyed that little surprise visit and thank you again. At the end of trip, he even recommended and drove us to a very local and popular Udon restaurant and we enjoyed a wonderful meal there. I highly recommend the service of Ryohei !!

“Bat Cave and forest walk”

We had excellent weather. Since we had never been to the area before, we needed info to understand how to get to our meet up location, and our guide was helpful. Although there were no puddles in the cave, it was very wet. Visitors need to be prepared to go through areas with very low ceilings. The forest history was interesting. We didn't see any wildlife, not even birds. Our guide explained the layout of the area and provided info about how to see more of it.

Thank you for writing the review. You were rush into local bus, so I didn't have enough time to say my appreciation. I chose bet cave this time of year, however, if you have more time or a chance to come the forest in other season, we could visit different caves and walk another trail. I hope you have good time while you are in Yokohama and Hiroshima.
