“A very full day with an excellent historian and storyteller”

Lee really knows his stuff and has a good time showing those lucky enough to have him as a guide around the Kanazawa area. His banter is easy, articulate, and very well informed. He was on time and helpful with other arrangements we were making along our trip which was above and beyond what one might expect. From the geisha village, to the Maeda shrine, a samurai home as well as that of a foot soldier, he made the stories of life in that era his passion and it comes through. We not only learned a lot about the area, but we laughed a lot as we learned. Try Lee out, you will not be disappointed.

“Unique and very customize for our desires”

Yugi san was our guide for 2 days in Tokyo, a trip promised to my son and finally fulfilled. Why some was a big fan of history.But also had friends who had done some unique things.In japan and Yugi was able to accommodate exactly what we wanted including a side trip to see the huge Gundam statue and taking us to the muscle girl bar, which was a major hoot! ︎ his choices of eateries likewise fit into our desires for the trip. He was always on time, courteous, fun to be with, and knowledgeable. He made travel in the subway systems easy and even helped us get our shinkansen tickets to our next destination. I would absolutely recommend him.

Morry was exceptional — well planned, humorous, a historian at heart, and incredibly interesting throughout the entire tour. We visited Tochoji Temple, Jotenji Temple, and Kushida Shrine, and Morry brought each location to life with fascinating stories and historical context. A particularly memorable moment was when Morry performed a chant at Jotenji Temple, which we found deeply moving and unforgettable. Morry was accompanied by Mai, an apprentice guide learning from a seasoned professional. Mai was warm, engaging, and helped guide us to a wonderful local lunch spot that we never would have discovered on our own. It added such an authentic touch to the day. Thank you, Morry and Mai, for a fabulous day in Fukuoka. We left with a much deeper appreciation for the city, its history, and its culture.
