“A great day in Kyoto!”

Ayumi made our first full day in Kyoto truly unforgettable. From the moment we met, she went above and beyond to educate us about Kyoto’s rich history, culture, and traditions, giving us a much deeper appreciation for everything we experienced. She also took us to an incredible local restaurant for lunch that we never would have found on our own, and she tirelessly searched for Pokémon and anime shops so our kids could experience some of the things they were most excited about. Her thoughtfulness and flexibility made the day feel completely personalized to our family. Most of all, Ayumi’s kindness stood out. She made us feel so welcome, treated our family with genuine warmth, and was simply a joy to spend the day with. We cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone visiting Kyoto.
