Japan Tour Reviews

Engaging, Funny, Friendly welcome to Tokyo

Dan was the welcome energy needed for our family of four after a slow jet lagged start. Dan kept my two teenage boys intrigued and interested throughout the tour, tailoring to their interests of anime, Pokémon, gaming and Japanese culture. He taught us basic Japanese phrases and encouraged the boys to practice on the locals as we walked around making a game out of it with gifts along the way. He kept the boys engaged whilst highlighting the local sites and traditions. We highly recommend Dan for any age group as he is extremely friendly, hilarious and welcoming.

Very happy!

After we spent two days in Tokyo with Melody, we decided to leverage his services in Hakone. And It was such a great decision!! Knowledgeable, caring, fun and well prepared - what else one can ask from an experienced guide? Despite rather miserable weather, we enjoyed everything and everywhere Melody took us - Open Air museum, ropeway, cable car, and delicious lunch. He is such a sweet person that was thoughtful to bring small treats for my grandson. Will not think twice to leverage Melody's services again! Thanks a million.

Ena, thank you very much for your wonderful review. I’ve been looking back on the unforgettable memories I shared with your family. Our two days in Tokyo and one day in Hakone were filled with fun, laughter, and learning. Thank you for spending those three wonderful days traveling with me. I’ll always remember the cable car surrounded by beautiful hydrangeas and the ropeway disappearing into the clouds. I wish you all the best! Until we meet again!

Tour guide Dai

I booked this experience mainly for my teenage sons. We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Dai on our first trip to Japan. Despite the rainy weather, he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. His positive attitude and dedication made all the difference. My teenage boys had a fantastic time, which says a lot! The gaming session he did with my boys—they absolutely loved it! He got along with them so naturally, and it was wonderful to see how engaged and excited they were throughout the tour. Everything ran so smoothly, and he was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Dai also went above and beyond by recommending other great places for us to visit and even helped us navigate Tokyo's transport system. He stayed with us until we were departed back to our hotel, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Japan. Thank you for making our first Tokyo trip experience memorable.

Thank you for your detailed review! I would appreciate for your booking and time despite the heavy rain. To be honest, I wish I could spend more time with your family without a bad weather condition. All of you were nice to me, I even enjoyed the good lunch time together haha. Please let me know when you come back Japan again! :)
