“Wonderful and meaningful Hiroshima experience!”

We had an absolutely wonderful tour in Hiroshima with Kate. From picking us up at our hotel until bringing us back, everything was perfectly taken care of. In her calm, warm and personal way, Kate introduced our family to the impactful history of Hiroshima, while also sharing its powerful message of hope and peace. She is very knowledgeable, but what made the experience truly special was her genuine warmth and the personal conversations we had throughout the day. We feel very grateful that we could experience Hiroshima together as a family, and Kate made our visit even more meaningful and memorable. “Fantastic and Amazing Experience!! ”

We had an absolutely wonderful day with Hitomi visiting the wonderful island to see and experience Sakurajima. From the initial communication to setting up the trip including specific dietary requirements and timings, everything was done promptly and with ease. On the day, as agreed everything from the pickup at our hotel to the whole day's schedule ran perfectly. It was meticulously planned and followed and yet it never felt like we were following a script. Hitomi is the consummate professional who speaks perfect English and her knowledge of the area and volcano is second to none. Highly recommended and we hope that we will be able to visit again soon!! “Wonderful Local Guide”

Hiro was a wonderful guide. He is a local who knows his way around the area and speaks both Japanese and English. We did not select one of Hiro’s pre-packaged tours; rather, due to our time constraints and interests, Hiro provided a custom itinerary based on our schedule and places of interest. We mainly needed someone to serve as an intermediary for the places we wanted to see since we were unfamiliar with the area, do not speak Japanese, and had limited time. Hiro arrived on time and kept us informed of his location and arrival time. At each destination, Hiro was flexible in allowing us to take our time to explore but made sure we arrived at our next destination on time. When our selected lunch location was too busy, he recommended a local shop that served delicious ramen. Overall, Hiro was positive and friendly, knowledgeable about the areas we visited, thoughtful toward our interests and needs, easy to communicate with, and provided an affordable rate.

Spending time with your family made me think, “This is what a truly happy family looks like.” I was especially impressed by everyone’s intellectual curiosity. At the Sannai-Maruyama Site, I was delighted to show you places that I do not usually include in my tours, and your family explored everything with genuine interest and enthusiasm. I was also amazed to see your grandfather, who is over 80 years old, jumping energetically as a Haneto dancer at the Nebuta Museum! Having such a healthy body and joyful spirit at his age is truly inspiring. Ending our time together with ramen and delicious coffee was also wonderful. I hope you were able to find and buy the watch you were looking for. I also hope that the two of you who went to see the Nebuta festival that evening had a wonderful and unforgettable experience.
