“Fantastic day out ...”

We had an awesome day tour with Shin. The day was challenging due to heat and physical limitations. Shin was very patient, had everything organised and planned, and made sure we were ok throughout the day. We had some interesting conversations and he had a genuine interest in you. “Shopping in Tokyo!”

We planned to use our last day in Tokyo as a shopping day. We got off to a very rough start —drive was 30 min late. Also we had planned to extend the time but he could only extend 30 min. —he charges me for the extra 30 min even though he was 30 min late—. Aside from that he got us to the area we wanted to shop in and waited nearby. He got us to the airport safely and was super nice and polite.
