NoNo is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge is deep and delivered in a fun manner. She was highly adaptable to our needs and very considerate. We sat down for lunch and I asked NoNo to go through the history of the Samurai, Shogun and the Emperor - out came a chart, wow, I could place Henry V111 in and Queen Victoria where certain events were, we loved her. Thank you NoNo, you made this day highly memorable and we appreciate you even more for that. Go well our friend.

Dear Mary-san and Jo-san, Thank you so much for your incredibly kind message! It was truly an honor to spend the day with both of you. Your generosity, warmth, and curiosity made guiding such a joy, and I felt very fortunate to share the experience with you. I deeply appreciated your openness and enthusiasm throughout our time together. Moments like these—when I can connect with such thoughtful and wonderful people—are what make my work so rewarding. It was an absolute pleasure, and I will always cherish the memories of our day together. I hope our paths cross again someday! With heartfelt gratitude, NoNo

“Great day, shame about the rain!!!!”
Motoyuki was prompt and ready to go for our trip to Mt Fuji and beyond. His enthusiasm is wonderful and he is very adaptable to changing the timetable is you request a change. Local knowledge and history is very strong. And we really appreciated visiting the Saki Distillery as an extra side trip. I have one wish, and that is the entire cost of the day had been prepaid. Don’t misunderstand, Motoyuki had advised that we needed to pay for the rental car on the day, we just wish everything had been fully paid before the trip. We highly recommend Motoyuki, he is knowledgeable, kind & loved to laugh.

“Caring and personalised.”
Take had put a lot of thought and preparation into the day. His car was clean and he drove safely. We learned a lot about Japanese culture, history and Take was very knowledgable with his local area. The day went very quickly but there was lots of chance for rest and relaxation between sites. We do not hesitate to recommend Take to any visitors. Take made our time in Shimizu become a life long memeory to treasure.

Your cruise is still ongoing, so please continue to enjoy the rest of your trip and have a safe return home. Best regards, Take K from Shimizu
