“Wonderful experience and amazing guide”

Rika was such a wonderful person. She was so accommodating with my requests during the planning yet flexible on the day with my daughter with physical disabilities. We saw a lot of lovely sights on Miyajima island and had beautiful heart felt moments at the Peace Park. A highlight was making paper cranes with Rika and leaving them at the monument. Rika has very good English which very helpful as we don’t speak Japanese. She was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Thankyou Rika for a wonderful day.

“Kahori M. - Excellent Guide”

We had an outstanding tour with Kahori, covering the Peace Memorial Museum, Peace Park, Hiroshima Castle, and Shukkeien Garden. She brought deep knowledge, empathy, and storytelling to each site, balancing historical detail our group's familiarity. Kahori was extremely efficient in navigating us, and was very adaptive when unexpected changes—a visiting foreign dignitary—created some extra traffic at the museum. The pacing was thoughtful, and Kahori handled logistics smoothly while remaining highly attentive to our questions and energy. This was one of the most meaningful tours we’ve taken—highly recommended for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of Hiroshima.

“Wonderful touring and learning experience!”

Kazumi is a wonderful tour guide because she is so much more than a tour guide. From planning the trip to going through the tours, she has always been helpful and resourceful. She was accommodating when it comes to figuring out a customized itinerary. The tours themselves were great - she was knowledgeable, she explained things from both cultural and historical perspectives, she was quick to resolve unexpected needs from us such as needs for drink, snack, and bathroom. She suggested different kinds of food for us try, some very local to Hiroshima, she even made a couple restaurant reservations for us. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for us and we would wholeheartedly recommend Kazumi as a tour guide.
