“Amazing time”

Thank you. What n incredible guide. Very informative and focussed had some new ideas on the day and we changed a few and added a few to fit into other new places he thought u would like. Went to small local places to eat and explore. Very happy and cheerful and wanted to know all about what I do and my love for Japan and was very easy to talk to as well. Fully recommend him for any Kobe or the surrounding area as a guide. In Japan always go for the amazing Japanese guides. Always the best

“Natsuko is Amazing!!!”

First off, Natsuko is truly an amazing person. She is a very warm and caring person, and her great personality really shows. Natsuko is truly a "people person" and my family quickly bonded with her. My daughter is typically quiet and reserved, especially around strangers. Natsuko got my daughter to sing the Winnie the Pooh song with her. As a parent, some of our best moments in life are when we see our children do something out of the norm and totally unexpected. As for the tour I do appreciate how Natsuko was able to adjust the tour as the day went by. Our actual itinerary looked completely different from the one listed/suggested. We visited Nunbiki Herb Garden, Ikuta Shrine, and had a Kobe beef lunch (one of the best meals ever - the tomato dish was the best tomato I have ever eaten). But then we deviated as we looked for a McDonald's so that my son could look for a limited edition Gundam cup, and then Natsuko took us to her favorite shops so that we could buy Kobe's best Omiyage (snacks). Our day ended at Kobe Harborland (for shopping) and Meriken Park (Be Kobe sign). Overall, we were very blessed to have found Natsuko and were very happy to have her guide us around Kobe. My daughter is willing to return the favor and show you and your family around Disneyland here in California if you ever come to the USA.

It was fun talking not only about Japan and Kobe but also about your Disneyland with your daughter. I'm glad we could go to that hidden Kobe beef restaurant. The Kobe beef was amazing, and that tomato dish was really delicious too! It was an honor to share such a nice birthday lunch for your wife and son. “Personable, Organized & Stylish”

Rika started working with us several days before the tour to verify the days plan and address our concerns. She is super organized and arrived as arranged and whisked us away in a taxi to the rope way. We then enjoyed a private tea ceremony which was a very special experience and later watched our Kobe beef being cooked in front of us. A fantastic day to remember Kobe and Japan. Rika is easy to talk to and open to discussing her life in Japan, as well as explaining and translating for us. Highly recommend her as a guide.
