“Special Day - Tokyo Disney VIP Tour”
Masumi was our guide and interpreter for our Tokyo Disney VIP Tour and she was perfect in every way. This was the second time we had Masumi guide us for a day in Tokyo (once with her planned agenda and this time with ours). Masumi is what is so special and unique about Japan, as she is truly a gift to our world. “Pleasure to see Tokyo with her as a guide”
Fumiko is a great guide. She was well-prepared with background information on the places we visited, she had a whole folder with visuals and timelines to provide a context fot the shrines and temples. She was kind enough to change my return location ( from my hotel to a tea ceremony in Asakusa) and accompany me all the way to ensure that I find the location for the tea ceremony. She patiently explained the subway system so that I won't feel anxious about finding my way back to the hotel by myself. Overall a, knowleageable and very pleasant person. She was very patient despite guiding on an incredibly hot and humid day. She even even thought of bringing an extra fan for me to use.

“Great experience ”
Jaime was very easygoing and knowledgeable. He adjusted our tour based on my son’s interests and it was great so see my 19 year old son so happy. He gave us great tips on how to better navigate the train system to avoid getting lost since it can be quite overwhelming. He took us to a delicious place to eat the best ramen! Hope to be back in Japan and would definitely reach out to Jaime again.
