In den Schulzeiten habe ich viele Erfahrungen in der Gastronomie gesammelt. In Deutschland habe ich als Kellnerin in einem japanischen Restaurant und Japanischlehrerin gearbeitet. Aktuell bin ich auch private Japanischlehrerin (ich habe auch einen Vertrag mit der amerikanischen Marine) und gelegentlich Reiseführerin. Mein Hobbies sind Reisen, Lesen, Kochen, etwas Süßes backen usw. Ich würde Sie sehr gerne Tokyo bzw Yokohama oder Kamakura und Yokosuka zeigen :)

“Temples, neighbourhoods, food and shopping: East Tokyo”

Thank you very much to Rene for a great first day in Tokyo and in Japan. I had a tight schedule and wanted to make the most of my day. Rene guided me to four sights and more, without being rushed, and with plenty of time to absorb everything. She is a happy and extrovert personality. And was eager to share her knowledge and thoughts/ contrast Japanese culture with European. She was also able to help me with shopping for gifts. And practical advice, such as how to find your way around the Tokyo public transport system. And she clearly has good knowledge of great restaurants, that are real Japanese traditional places, with delicious food. Thank you for a great day out.

Our lovely guide, Seigo-san, took us to 5 wonderful locations today. His knowledge of Japan’s history added color to our walks. There were no questions I asked that he was unable to answer. From our morning sojourn into Tsukiji Outer Market for some tuna, to Asakusa, The Meiji Shrine and the Odaiba Waterfront we expertly shepherded through the streets of Tokyo.
