I’m so excited to have a chance to show you around my favorite spots in Kanagawa prefecture. I was born in Kanagawa. I spent my whole school life, including university, here in Kanagawa. I worked as a high school English teacher here for more than 40 years. I love Kanagawa so much. We have many interesting tourist spots, like Hakone, Kamakura, Enoshima and Yokohama. I got my tour guide license in English in 2009. I am still an English teacher. Ich habe in Tokyo studiert, deswegen kenne ich mich gut auch in dieser Gegend aus. An der Uni habe ich Germanistik studiert. Mein erstes Mal in Deutschland war 2012, als ich Studentin war, und damals habe ich einen Monat in München einen Deutschkurs gemacht. Da habe ich viel erlebt und erfahrt und war total begeistert für die deutsche Kultur, Sitten, einfach alles, natürlich Leute auch :) Nach dem Studium bin ich nach Deutschland (München und Augsburg) geflogen, um richtig Deutsch zu lernen. Tokyo West in a Day

“I'd give Melody 500 stars if i could!!”

Melody was an absolutely brilliant guide! We ended up needing to book a guide last minute and we were so lucky to get Melody! He's incredibly knowledgeable in a variety of subjects from art and history to anime and gaming. He was a really fun person to walk around the city with and his English is top notch! He answered all our questions and was curious about our backgrounds as well. We started as clients and ended up as friends! A one-day tour to explore Kamakura’s major spots

“Perfect day trip”

Two well traveled ladies enjoyed our guide and day tremendously! Our guide was friendly, flexible and spoke perfect English. How about an enjoyable walking in Tokyo?

“Nice Tokyo Tour”

Our tour was quite nice but not extraordinary. Our guide had trouble to understand our English although two of us studied in the States and graduated there. We traveled a lot by Subway and saw some of the most impressive places but we didn‘t get as much explanations as expected. Our Guide tried to answer our questions but dindn‘t explain by himself. Who wants to hear some background stories should choose another guide.
