“Amazing way to kick off our family trip to Japan!”

Shusaku was our tour guide on our first day in Tokyo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the city. It was our first time in Japan, and having him with us made the day enjoyable, smooth, and memorable. Despite the rain, Shusaku did an excellent job adapting our plans throughout the day so we could stay mostly dry while still seeing as much as possible. Thanks to his flexibility and local knowledge, we ended up experiencing even more than we had originally planned. He took us to eat fantastic food and to see interesting cultural spots, and he gave us a very helpful orientation to Tokyo that made us feel much more comfortable exploring on our own afterward. He also took amazing professional-quality pictures of us throughout the day and shared them with us after, which was a nice bonus! What stood out most was how easy and natural it felt to spend the day with him. Shusaku is warm, easygoing, and genuinely fun to be around. He also happens to be perfectly bilingual. Our three adult children connected with him right away, and the whole day felt more like being shown around by a knowledgeable friend than a typical guided tour. We would highly recommend Shusaku to anyone visiting Tokyo for the first time if you are able to book him. He’s a wonderful guide and a great person, we feel very fortunate to have had him with us on our first day.

Our driver, Israr, was punctual, courteous and a great source of information. We had an amazing day of touring and shopping and Israr suggested the best curry restaurant…the kids loved it!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di esplorare Tokyo con Simone come guida, e posso dire senza esitazione che è stata una esperienza magnifica. Simone ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta di Asakusa con il suo fascino antico, del quartiere verde e tranquillo di Yanaka, della vivace Ueno e dell’inimitabile Akihabara — un percorso ricchissimo e variegato, capace di mostrare le mille anime di questa città meravigliosa. Ciò che ha reso tutto davvero speciale è la sua capacità di accompagnare senza mai imporre. Simone ci ha lasciato liberi di scegliere cosa vedere, quanto tempo fermarci, cosa esplorare: non la classica guida che ti trascina da un punto all’altro con l’occhio all’orologio, ma una presenza discreta e preziosa, sempre pronta a offrire contesto, curiosità e consigli su misura. Viaggiavamo con i bambini, e questo — come ogni genitore sa — può rendere tutto più imprevedibile. Simone si è adattato con naturalezza ai nostri ritmi, alle soste improvvisate, ai momenti di stanchezza e agli entusiasmi inaspettati dei ragazzi. Nessuna fretta, nessun giudizio: solo tanta flessibilità e il sorriso giusto al momento giusto. Se state pianificando un viaggio a Tokyo e volete una guida che sappia davvero ascoltarvi, Simone è la scelta giusta. Lo consiglio di cuore a chiunque, e in particolare alle famiglie. Grazie Simone, ci hai regalato ricordi che porteremo a lungo!

Grazie mille di cuore per queste bellissime parole! È stato un vero piacere accompagnarvi e passeggiare insieme a voi e ai ragazzi tra le diverse anime di Tokyo, da Asakusa ad Akihabara. Per me la guida ideale deve adattarsi ai ritmi e ai desideri di chi accompagna, specialmente quando si viaggia in famiglia; sapere che vi siete sentiti liberi e a vostro agio è la soddisfazione più grande.
