“Great service”
The arrangements with Van Transportation were easy and clear to set up. Follow-up communications were addressed quickly. Yoshi, our driver, was prompt, helpful with luggage and an excellent driver. We are looking forward to more trips with him behind the wheel. Yoshi helped us connect with him on Whats App so we could communicate updates as needed. We are very pleased with Van Transportation and Yoshi and highly recommend their services.

“Excellent Valuable Custom Tours with Kana ”
I am so grateful I had Kana for 2 days to arrange my Itineraries from my wish list. Kana is an excellent communicator and provided thorough followup to ensure places we went to were done in the most efficient way. Efficient messages were communicated planning daily activities and all the details and transportation requirements were done by Kana. The Tokyo subway system is very challenging and having Kana saves much time and stress for a visitor. Kana helped get me get a Suica Passmo subway train pass which was used frequently each day with her. After the first day of frequently pulling out my card from my purse, on our second day she brought me a pass holder to put around my neck to make it easy for me to have my pass ready to scan. There are always others behind you waiting to do the same. Always considerate, pleasant and helpful with a pleasing personality, Kana helped make the trip a pleasant and memorable one. Having a dedicated guide who lives in Tokyo manage the subway while we went to different areas and can share knowledge was the best. I felt so comfortable with her months before my trip exchanging email Itinerary details and the same comfort level continued meeting her in our Hotel lobby. I cannot say enough positive things about this punctual young woman and I highly recommend Kana to ensure you see every activity you are interested in. I wanted to see the Fukagawa Fudo Fire Ceremony and Kana offered to start our tour 1/2 hour earlier that day to attend the scheduled time ceremony before going to other areas of the City for different activities. To have a custom tour with how you want to spend your time with an expert was the best decision. She managed our time to ensure we had the required time to travel to each area. Thank you Kana!

“Great first day in Tokyo”
Yoko was a great person to show us around when we didn’t even know what we wanted to do. The cherry blossoms were amazing and she knew all the spots to go check them out. Her English is awesome and she was full of history and fun facts. We were exhausted from a fun filled day after the 8 hours was up. Well worth the money. I would highly recommend Yoko and this tour.
