I often do Mt.Fuji or Hakone tour. In many cases, the locations are mixed up between Mt.Fuji Five Lakes area and Hakone area, which are not the same place. “Perfect day with the family - fantastic! ”
For us the best way to experience Tokyo with family We booked Shusaku-san as our private guide in Tokyo, and he turned our trip into the highlight of our whole journey. Our 12-year-old son is completely obsessed with Pokémon and arcades, and Shusaku didn't just tolerate it, he embraced it like a true fellow trainer. He took us to the best spots for Pokémon fans and arcades, and our son was beaming all day. At the same time, he showed us the cultural side of Tokyo and took us shopping, so we parents got exactly what we were hoping for too. Everyone left happy (and with slightly heavier bags ;-) What really sets Shusaku apart is his warmth and humour. He's open, genuine and easy to talk to, casual and relaxed, yet always responsible and attentive, especially with our son. By the end of day one it felt like exploring the city with a friend rather than a hired guide. He was incredibly flexible, happily adjusting the plan to our mood and energy, and he was reachable whenever we needed him, which gave us real peace of mind in such a huge city. If you're visiting Tokyo, especially with kids, I can't recommend Shusaku highly enough. Thank you, Shusaku-san, for making our trip so special. We hope to see you again!

“Excellent Tour with Ritsuko”
We enjoyed a full-day tour with Ritsuko that included the Senso-ji temple and the Meiji Shrine. Ritsuko provided us with a great deal of information on Japanese history as well as background information on Buddhism and the Shinto tradition in Japan. She guided us to locations where we could get good views of the Asakusa neighborhood and the Shibuya Crossing. Ritsuko was also sensitive to my wife's hearing situation and responded appropriately. Overall, Ritsuko was intelligent and kind, and we had a wonderful day with her. Highly recommended.
