“A Tokyo Tour to Remember”
It’s not easy to plan for a big group, but Shunta made it like a breeze with me. He responded quickly to every inquiries and questions I asked. I was longing to meet and thank him personally, but due to an unavoidable circumstance, he couldn’t make it. But in his absence, he still took care of us. He requested his Colleagues Kody (Kota A.), Masato and Rene to cover for him. Despite the unpredictable weather, this team managed to handle all 32 people with a smile along the crazy Shibuya scramble, guided those who were left behind at Sensoji Temple and waited patiently to those who lost their way at Skytree Tower. They even escorted us to the line at Team Lab Planets making sure that we have our QR code ready for admission. Not only that, to my surprise! they came back to pick us up after two hours at Team Lab Planets and took us back to the Cruise port for free. They really went far beyond my expectations. Everybody were safe and had a wonderful time! I highly recommend Shunta, Kota A., Masato and Rene. They did a splendid job! A tour to remember!

Thank you very much. I apologize for having to step away due to an urgent matter that required my immediate attention, and for not being able to guide you myself. I’m glad to hear that you still enjoyed the tour, and I look forward to the day we can meet again!

“Yoshi didn’t just guide- he enlightened”
I found myself with one day to spend on my own in Tokyo while accompanying my partner for a conference in Yokohama. A private tour seemed like the best way to spend my time efficiently, while also having the support of a knowledgeable local guide. The day with Yoshi exceeded all my hopes and expectations. Not only did we cover a lot of ground, he took great care to teach me about history, culture, and customs. It was a wonderful and unforgettable day. I would highly recommend.

Thank you, Catherine. Your messages are so encouraging and motivating. I was so surprised to meet you. You look so young, and I couldn't believe you have three sons. I also enjoyed being with you. I hope you had a great time with your partner today. Best regards, Yoshi
