“Fantastic 2 days with Kaori!”

We had a fabulous 2 days in Tokyo with Kaori. She speaks English very well. She asked what we would like to see and formulated an hour by hour itinerary for us to review. We walked, rode the subway trains and a bus. We had great time and believed we saw the best of Tokyo. We highly recommend Kaori!

“Wonderful two days”

We were so fortunate to be able to spend two days with Yamasan as he showed us his city of Tokyo. We wanted to see the less touristy side of Tokyo and get a flavor of a different areas and sites. We loved the experience. Navigating trains, subways and buses was a challenge. The second day we spent in Kamakura which was a very different city. The shrines and temples were amazing as well as the market streets. You will enjoy your time with Yamasan

“Convenient and great service”

We had an excellent experience with our airport transportation to and from Haneda airport. We were a group of 6, including 4 seniors, and everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. The vehicle was very spacious—easily fitting 4 large suitcases, 2 carry-ons, and 6 backpacks without feeling crowded. The seats were comfortable with plenty of room, which made a big difference on travel days. What really stood out was how senior-friendly the service was. The vehicle had a step and sturdy handles, making it easy and safe for everyone to get in and out. We don’t speak Japanese, but that wasn’t an issue at all. All communication was done through the Line app in clear English, and the instructions for meeting our driver were simple and easy to follow. Even when our flight was delayed, they were already there waiting for us—no stress at all. Highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to Japan, especially larger groups or those traveling with older family members. Reliable, comfortable, and incredibly easy to work with. This was our second time using the service and will continue using them for future trips.
