“Fantastic guide”

My sister, her husband and I were fortunate to have Leandra guide us for our first full day in Tokyo on March 26th. Leandra was nothing short of fantastic! Per our request, she took us to areas that are not usually on the top of tourists' lists. These included Shibamata, Kiyosumi Garden and Fukugawa Fudo Temple, along with Ueno Park. We had lunch in a small neighborhood place that she frequented and the food was fantastic. She also took us on the Tokyo subway system and gave us survival tips to help our stay in Tokyo. She is knowledgeable, personable and informative. I can't say enough good things about Leandra. I absolutely give her the highest recommendation.

“Tokyo Local Style”

We had the pleasure of spending a day in Tokyo with Dai. What a treat! We had a rough list of things we want to do and see and he helped us build a great itinerary and filled in the rest. We wanted to go to the tuna auction at the fish market: he directed us to the correct day, picked us up at the hotel as it was so early in the morning and had so much knowledge. After the fish market we went for delicious breakfast (so helpful to be able to ask lots of questions!), we then continued and went to some other markets, visited some shrines and different neighborhoods. All along Dai answered our questions and shared his knowledge about the city. We are coffee people and he built in a coffee stop at one of the oldest coffee houses - so awesome. He navigated us through and around Shibouya crossing and helped us find the speciality store we were looking for to buy the requested items from our children. Dai was extremely helpful, full of great tips about the city and delivered us back to our hotel at the end of our time together. He left us with a list of delicious restaurant suggestions for the rest of our stay. We can’t recommend him enough- it was such a great day we had together.

Thank you for booking my tour this time! Honestly, that was the best Tsukiji and other places visit. We ran into the greatest fish-seller who demonstrated cutting the whole tuna fish-seller by chance at Tsukiji Market. I came to those places many times, however I had never seen the cutting-show inside of Tsukiji-Uogashi facility. We were just lucky and I spent memorable moment thanks to Rut and Ulli. I hope we meet in either Iceland, the US, Austria or Japan again lol.
