“Superb and personable”
We hired Chiaki for our first day in Tokyo as someone to show us how to negotiate the subway, pick up our passes and to show us some of the sites. She was great. We enjoyed being with her and learning about life in Tokyo and in Japan. Very professional and yet very personable. Would highly recommend her.

“Tokyo highlights ”
Exploring Tokyo with Yuki was an absolute highlight to our trip to Japan. She met us at our cruise terminal promptly and immediately immersed us in the public transportation experience of Tokyo. As we were spending additional days in Tokyo, this was immensely helpful as we were confident in our ability to navigate the system ourselves in subsequent days. She was warm, unrushed and planned a day that included visiting ancient shrines and temples, ( Meiji Shrine and Asakusa) the fish market (Tsukiji) and shopping highlights. What truly set her apart was the personal touch she added throughout the day, sharing stories and local tips. By the end of the day, we felt confident enough to find our way back on the metro. If you are looking for a truly tailored and well curated experience then I highly recommend Yuki!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review – your kind words truly made my day, Caren! First of all, I want to sincerely thank you both for choosing me out of so many guides. It was my heartfelt wish that you fully enjoy your first visit to Japan, and I guided you in a way that would help you feel confident navigating on your own afterwards. I was also genuinely happy to see how positively and openly you embraced your time in Japan. If I was able to help make your experience more enjoyable. Wishing you a truly memorable and joyful stay here in Japan – from the bottom of my heart. Best regards, Yuki
