“The best tour ever”
Takuma was amazing. He was attentive to what we were looking for and actively helped us find exactly what we described. He was kind, warm-hearted and went above and beyond to assist us, making this a magical time long to be remembered. We hope to connect with him again in the future.

“A great day in Tokyo and introduction to Japan ”
Ritsuko could not have been more caring and helpful in guiding our group of 5 for the day around Tokyo. One member of the group was on crutches and Ritsuko found elevators in the subway and wheelchairs in the parks so we could all enjoy Tokyo together. Ritsuko was well informed and generous in answering the many questions we asked about what we were seeing and about her life in Japan. It was our first day in Japan and the perfect start to our holiday. We could not recommend Ritsuko more highly. She was great! Sue, Karen, Libby, Janie and Sally
