Very nice, flexible, and helpful guide. Helped us navigate the train tickets and our dietary restrictions (even brought us gluten free soy sauce). We were glad to have a guide with us especially during our first few days in Japan!
Thank you very much for your kind review! I was really glad to meet you and your family and spent an enjoyable time together. Hope you continue having a great time in Japan. Enjoy the rest of your stay!! best regards, sachimi
Sachimi-san made our visit to Japan effortless and she did everything she could to ensure everything went smoothly. Due to the restrictions of entry to Japan, we needed a guide to pick us up from the airport, and be with us all the time and she was willing to do that with our 2 families (4 adults and 5 children)!. Luckily with the restrictions easing she didn't have to stay with us every moment of the way, but for the days she was with us, she was very accommodating, helped us communicate with local shops and restaurants and suggested an itinerary that was thought out to accommodate everyone. Overall Sachimi-san is very thoughtful and patient, a fantastic communicator (very fast responses, and checked in on us regularly), she also is excellent in both written and spoken English. We would very much look forward to seeing Sachimi-san again on our next visit to Japan. Thank you Sachimi-san!
Dear Laura-san, Thank you very much for such a nice review. I am glad that you enjoyed staying in Japan without much stress. It was a pleasure meeting all of your and Nami-san's family members and I enjoyed myself very much, too. I am looking forward to meeting you for your next visit to Japan. Thank you & best regards, Sachimi
We had such a great time at Kawagoe with Sachimi-san! She has a really warm personality and immediately put us at ease. She is both knowledgable and passionate in sharing the sights and the local culture of the places at Kawagoe. When we wanted to check out some shops, she effortlessly accommodated our requests into the tour. We wanted to buy a knife from a local knife shop and she was instrumental in facilitating our communication, and both the shop owner and ourselves were immensely grateful of her to be able to understand each other. Even after the trip, we still speak fondly of our time spent in Kawagoe. Thank you Sachmi-san!
Dear CJ, Thank you very much for the wonderful review. I am so glad you had a good time and enjoyed the day with me in the lovely town of Kawagoe. Every moment was a great memory for me as well, a beautiful garden in Kitain, eating delicious Unagi, and even the happening at the knife shop! I hope to see you again in the future to explore more of Japan! Thank you & see you. Sachimi
Our Shibamata and Anime custom tour was marvelous. Sachimi made our tour delightful as we did not know our way around Tokyo. She was able to take us exactly to the places we requested, and went the extra mile in explaining every aspect of the trip in great detail. As a tour guide she is one of the best we have ever experienced and the cost of the 7 hour tour was well worth it. Sachimi was so detail-oriented and planned out everything for us so we did not have any stress. She had great ideas as to where to take us, such as the Jujutsu Kaisen Cafe in Harajuku. It was a wonderful experience and Sachimi was kind enough to modify the trip for us when necessary, like changing the drop-off point at the last minute. She was kind enough to escort us to the clinic where we needed to get our PCR test to return to L.A., and we are so grateful for her kindness. I encourage anyone to try her tours as they will not be disappointed. Thank you Sachimi!
Hi, William-san, Sachiko-san, and Kana-chan. Thank you very much for your kind review. I also had a very good time with you, enjoying the tour myself, especially after a long interval of hosting the guests from overseas. I am also very happy to see Sachiko-san enjoyed Shibamata so much, and Kana-chan enjoyed Ikebukuro and Harajuku shopping. I hope to meet all of you again after the COVID restrictions are lifted. By that time, I wish you all happiness and health. Thanks again and best regards, Sachimi
