“Best tour in Kyoto we could have wished for!”

We were a group of four (my husband, my father, my step-mom and I) and had just arrived in Japan for our 3 week trip. It was our first day in Kyoto and we wanted to have a tour to get a good feeling of what the city has to offer. We asked Robert to focus on cultural and culinary musst-Sees. And what can I say: we got it! We had a lovely day with great insights into the city and it‘s rich and colourful sights. Since we are not the type of group who runs from one spot to another we matched perfectly with Robert who adjusted to us and our needs - have a break here, eat some new and unknown things there and maybe also just have a rest and enjoy the nature that surrounds us. So if you are looking for a guide who attends to your needs as a group and adjusts to it easily - go with Robert. We would recommend having a tour with him anytime, no doubts!

“Visit to Kyoto”

I went to Kyoto for the first time and my guide was Yuma M. She was 6 stars and k ew what she was talking about. I will say if you can get her for your tour to Kyoto, please do it. She will show you everything in Kyoto and ask her to take you to her restaurant that she went to as a young girl. Thank you LWB

“Friendly, Knowledgeable and Enthusiastic Tour Guide”

Takashi was a fabulous guide. He generated two itineraries for us based on what we wanted to see, and made a great plan to see many of Kyoto's great sights. Takashi met us at our hotel, and we went on great tour through the city, seeing sites such as the bamboo forest, Fumishi inari, Yasaka pagoda, Gion and many other locations along the way. We travelled as a group of two, we managed our to navigate ourselves around Tokyo effortlessly, same as Osaka. What we really gained from this was knowledge, history, facts, culture and a deeper meaning to what we are seeing and experiencing from a local (Takashi) who has a real passion for his work. Takashi made our Kyoto trip so much more valuable then just seeing the sights. Thank you Takashi ありがとうごしました
