“A truely warm and welcoming tour of Hiroshima and Miyajima”

Pancho was an amazing guide, taking the time to plan the trip ensuring from when we arrived we could see as much of Hiroshima and Miyajima as possible. His knowledge was amazing, it was such a special experience to see all of the sights and have the history and stories behind each of them. We loved being able to try traditional food on the island of Miyajima. Overall It was a once in a lifetime experience!

“Hiroshima History and Highlights tour ”

Kay has a wealth of knowledge about Japanese history and Hiroshima. We met Kay at our hotel and headed straight to Shukkeien Park. She pointed out elements that we would have otherwise missed and I appreciated the cultural reverence towards nature. With Kay’s guidance, we were given the rare opportunity to wear the silk robes of noblemen for a photo. We then walked to Hiroshima castle, followed by the Peace Park and museum. The museum was harrowing but provides an important insight into the immediate and ongoing effects of the A bomb. Kay was warm, informative and enthusiastic and it made our short time in Hiroshima feel so much more impactful. Thank you Kay.

Thank you so much for writing a review right after today’s tour — I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. I was as surprised as you were at Shukkeien Garden! In Japan, we call it “ichigo ichie” — a once-in-a-lifetime encounter. Meeting someone in a place we might visit only once in our lives and sharing such a meaningful moment together — that’s what we call “en” (a special connection), and it reflects the Japanese spirit of gratitude at the heart of our culture. The spot where you took those beautiful photos is actually dedicated to Japan’s highest Shinto deities! Please treasure those pictures — they carry a special meaning. “Hiroshima Tour”

Great tour guide, very knowledgeable and friendly, great with our 2 young children, Took us to the best okinomoyaki in Hiroshima. The only let down was the amount of crowds at the Peace Memorial Museum which wasn't her fault. Will definitely recommend
