“Exceptional guide for Hiroshima & Miyajima”

Kate was an exceptional guide and made our day in Hiroshima and Miyajima incredibly special. She had extensive knowledge of the history, culture and significance of the places we visited, and was always generous with her time and happy to answer all of our questions. She was warm, kind and welcoming from the moment we met her, and made the whole day feel very personal rather than like a standard tour. Our daughters especially loved that she showed them how to pray at the shrine and helped them have their fortunes read. Visiting the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Museum was deeply moving, and Kate helped us understand the history with sensitivity and respect. What stayed with me most was not only the devastation, but the hope, resilience and commitment to peace that came through so strongly.
