Our day with Kay in Hiroshima and Miyajima was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. From the very beginning, Kay was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. She stayed with us until the very end, helping us with the station lockers, checking into our hotel, and even making sure we got to the right restaurant. “Memorable day in Hiroshima”

We had a nice day with Kazumi on our trip to Hiroshima. Right from the time we made our reservation to the time we met her in person, she responded to all our questions. We did not even feel we were talking to an unknown person, she made it very comfortable for our family. She is so patient and nice.
