“Kyoto Highlights in 1 Day: Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji & Arashiyama”

We had a lovely day with Ayumi. She was punctual, organised and very accommodating, made navigating public transport effortless, and booked us excellent local places for lunch and dinner that we would never have found ourselves. What we particularly enjoyed was talking with her about everyday life in Japan — schools, family life and the social system. She is naturally quiet and her style is more about helping you experience the city like a local. A great choice if you value good planning, local food discoveries and a genuine glimpse into everyday Japanese life.

“A brilliant day in Kyoto with Yuta”

Despite the rain, we were able to spend a wonderful day in Kyoto with Yuta. Yuta’s German is excellent. His friendliness, his sense of humour and his knowledge of Kyoto are brilliant. Thank you so much for the wonderful day we spent together in Kyoto! Even with the rain, we managed to visit so many beautiful places and share some really memorable moments. “Excellent Early Bird Tour ”

Koichi W was the most incredible guide. Engaging, planned an invigorating 5 hour tour of the highlights of Kyoto!! Well planned route, excellent pace and thoughtfully detailed. Suited the experience to our knowledge level of Japan’s history. Kept us engaged and quizzed us periodically to make it fun!!
