“Best Kyoto tour private guide ”

Ayumi is a very knowledgeable and professional tour guide. Very responsive and easy to communicate. I liked the fact that she is flexible to personalize your tour and add on or change any sightseeing/place you want to see. She was on time. Ayumi speaks very good English and explains the Japanese tradition and history of every place you visit. It was a great fun experience and day. It was very easy and worry free day. She takes care of traveling via train, subway, and let you choose a yummy typical Japanese restaurant for lunch. You can shop with her or get an ice cream too. Lots of good pictures and memories. I highly recommend Ayumi to everyone in the Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Kobe area. Ayumi is the best!

“Perfect day exploring Kyoto!”

My family loved our day with Yuka. Before we even met her, Yuka was great about messaging in advance to plan out our customized day. We went to the Saiho-Ji moss temple in the morning. Yuka had a printed handout of the history of the moss temple, so everyone understood the history of it. After Yuka saw how much our kids enjoyed the Nishiki Market, she recommended we visit the basement floor of the main department store. I had heard how neat the "food floor" of the department store was from friends who had visited Japan. My kids enjoyed that add-on to our day. Yuka was so friendly and easy to talk to. We would recommend Yuka to any family.

“Great afternoon in Kyoto”

Our family had a great experience with Akira as our guide. He was friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. He made sure the kids understood the history of temples and shrines in Kyoto. He also helped us understand the Geisha history and training while we were walking around Gion. Akira spent a second day with our family and was very flexible to change up the plans based on what my kids seemed really interested in during the trip. We would recommend Akira to any family visiting Kyoto.
