It also has a lot of traditional crafts,such as kimono, fans, Japanese artistic sweets. There are a lot of things to do and experience. First of all I will take you to Gion area.I will take you to Yasaka Shrine and Kenninji Temple. Then let's move to the Nishiki market. and have sushi lunch in the market. Gion is the area of entertainment, where there are many bars and taverns. Some important business and political talks have been conducted. You may run across Maiko and Geiko, Japanese entertainers in kimono. If you want to wear Japanese costume in Gion, I can arrange with extra charge. NIshiki market is the kitchen of the Kyoro, where local people buy their everyday food. Fish stores, vegetable stores, pickles stores and so on. A friend of mine owns a Yuba shop in the market. Yuba is vegan, dairy-free ,gluten free,preserve-free, additive-free and protein rich. You can see the yuba making process.

“Absolutely wonderful guided tour!!!”
Yoshi was amazing. He took us to places that we never would have found before. We also got to ride every transit system which was a treat because we were too scared to venture on our own for fear of getting lost. He was knowledgeable and kind and even walked my daughter and I to our tea ceremony after the tour!

“A memorable day exploring Hiroshima and Miyajima with Tomoe.”
We had a memorable day with Tomoe as our guide at Hiroshima and the Peace Memorial Museum. She was prompt, warm, friendly, and immediately made us feel comfortable. Visiting Hiroshima was a very moving and emotional experience, and we really appreciated that Tomoe allowed us to set the pace throughout the day. She gave us the time and space we needed to take everything in without ever feeling rushed. After visiting the Peace Memorial Museum and Park, we took a ferry ride to Miyajima Island to see the iconic floating torri gate of Itsukushima Shrine and enjoyed a lovely lunch while exploring the Island. In addition to sharing her extensive knowledge of the area, Tomoe went above and beyond by helping us understand the subway and train system. She explained which trains we would need for our upcoming travels, which gave us much more confidence navigating on our own after the tour was over. Tomoe was personable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. We are very grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting the areao.

“Very good tour”
Fumi gave us an excellent tour of the Kiyomizu temple, the Kinkaku-ji temple, the Bamboo Forest and The Tenryu-ji temple. She provided us with an interesting history and explained the significance of each site. She also found a good restaurant or lunch that met our dietary requirements. This was an excellent tour and we would definitely recommend Fumi.
