“Tour not worth it”

We struggle to give such a low rating but can't help to be disappointed with the tour. We had booked with Yuka but since he didn't have time during the week we visited Osaka and Kyoto, he passed the reservation to his friend Natsumi. Natsumi did a 3 hour tour with us in Kyoto. We were excited to have a German-speaking guide so our three kids could participate in the tour because they only speak very little English. We had very friendly chats with Natsumi but it wasn't really about Kyoto, Japan or the Kizomizu-dera temple that Natsumi planned for us to visited. We were disappointed that Natsumi didn't have any stories, explanations or activities planned that matched us as the audience and the extremely hot weather.

Very happy with the professional and informative service of Yuka. She was extremely knowledgeable about Kyoto and very flexible with our itinerary. She went above and beyond, answering my questions and providing recommendations for restaurants. She was absolutely lovely.

“Awesome tour ”

We had an awesome tour/day with Jasmine. We were traveling with 3 kids, 9, and 6 year old twins. Jasmine was so understanding and flexible with the plans and made it workable for our family. She is so knowledgable on all of the history of the area and sightings, and also makes great recommendations in other areas such as food, shopping etc. Not to mention, she will take awesome family pictures for you throughout the experinece. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend.
