NIshiki market is the kitchen of the Kyoro, where local people buy their everyday food. Fish stores, vegetable stores, pickles stores and so on. A friend of mine owns a Yuba shop in the market. Robert ist der einzige deutschsprachige Guide in Kyoto und verfügt über ein beeindruckendes und umfassendes Wissen – nicht nur über die japanische Kultur, Geschichte und Etikette, sondern auch über Gesellschaft und Politik. Wir sind sehr froh, ihn aufgrund einer Empfehlung gebucht zu haben. Gemeinsam verbrachten wir einen abwechslungsreichen und informativen Tag, an dem Robert uns neben den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zahlreiche Geheimtipps zeigte – darunter besondere Geschäfte und Orte, die von Touristen kaum besucht werden. “The Best Way to See Kyoto!”
