“Experiencia extraordinaria con Michiyo en Japón”

Viajamos a Tokio en familia y tuvimos la gran fortuna de contar con Michiyo como nuestra guía durante varios días. Desde el primer momento fue extraordinariamente atenta: fue por nosotros al aeropuerto de Narita, nos ayudó con el traslado al hotel y a partir de ahí inició con nosotros los recorridos por la ciudad y alrededores. Durante nuestros días juntos visitamos lugares emblemáticos como Shibuya, Meiji Jingu, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Asakusa, Odaiba y también Nikko. En todo momento Michiyo organizó el itinerario de manera impecable, pero siempre mostrándose flexible y abierta a adaptar el plan según lo que deseábamos hacer. Constantemente nos preguntaba cómo nos sentíamos, qué queríamos ver o conocer, y nos hacía recomendaciones excelentes. Su conocimiento de la historia, la cultura y las costumbres de Japón hizo que cada visita fuera mucho más interesante y significativa. Además, su trato fue siempre amable, cercano y respetuoso. Nos hizo sentir cómodos, cuidados y bienvenidos en todo momento. Gracias a ella pudimos disfrutar Japón con total tranquilidad. No solo fue una guía profesional de altísimo nivel, sino también una gran compañía durante nuestro viaje. La recomendamos ampliamente. Sin duda volveríamos a viajar con ella.

“Tak Knows Hospitality!”

Tak showed remarkable hospitality. From the moment we communicated online to the end of the tour, he always made sure I was comfortable with the tour, the timing and even offered advice about my other activities in Tokyo. Upon meeting, he came bearing a sweet little gift for me! The highlight of the tour was Hagoita-Ichi (Decorative Paddle Fair) at the Senso-ji Temple grounds where we shared some Takoyaki. Or maybe the highlight was the end of the tour downing a well-earned beer after all the walking, talking and subway riding. Tak knows and loves his Asakusa neighbourhood and it shows! I can’t wait to return and tour with Tak again!

Dear Linda, Hope you are having a great day. I'd love for our tour to be the second-best memory you had in Japan, after the HOT_SPA! Hopefully, the German beer in Tokyo wasn't that bad. As you saw, Tokyo is a kind of chaos where old, new, funky, and funny cultures mingle and coexist. One day isn't enough to show you my favorite Tokyo. I wish we could have another day in the future. “Like Travelling with a Good Friend”

I booked two tours with Chiaki. She was organized, informative, and kind. She met me at my hotel which really helped – I was still struggling to situate myself. I loved that the tours involved lots of walking and taking the subway. It really helped me figure out where things were and gave us a chance to learn more about each other. The standout for me was going into the fabric district to purchase some Japanese designed fabric for one-of-a-kind souvenirs (I’m going to frame them). She helped me find some stunning samples. The quiet moment in the Japanese garden was wonderful. I will definitely book time with Chiaki when I return to Tokyo.
