Chiaki's is Great!!!! My husband and I are very pleased with her guide on May 11, 2026. As we discussed, Chiaki met us at 10:30am 11/5/26, at our APA Hotel. She had everything ready: the address of places that we love to see and things that we would like to do. Chiaki is very sharp, patience, with full of experiences. During our tour, we learned and become friends. Thanks Chiaki so much for going beyond to make sure that we're understood and knew everything we needed. “Perfect day in Nikko”

Spending the day with Keiichiro was an absolute joy. From pick-up through the end of the tour he provided a truly fantastic experience. Originally when we got to Nikko we were worried about how difficult it would be to see everything without a car, thankfully Keiichiro gave us the perfect experience and went above and beyond, even extending the tour to show us additional sights not on the itinerary and then provided us with restaurant recommends for when we got back to Tokyo. He made our day in Nikko one of the true highlights of our trip to Japan and was the perfect guide.

“Amazing Nikko Tour with a Wonderful and Knowledgeable Guide”

We had a fantastic tour in Nikko with Ryoko and can highly recommend her. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She explained the history and culture in a clear and engaging way, which made the tour both interesting and enjoyable. What we especially appreciated was how responsive and helpful she was before the tour. We contacted her very last minute, only one day in advance, after another tour provider suddenly canceled on us, and she replied extremely quickly and made everything work smoothly. One of the best parts was that during lunch and later in a café, we also had many interesting conversations about Japan, especially cultural differences and everyday life. Since Ryoko has traveled extensively around the world and knows many different countries, it was really fascinating to hear her perspectives and talk with her beyond the tour itself. Thank you again for such a wonderful day in Nikko!
