Yokohama is a major port city, and the 2nd largest city in Japan. It is one of the most popular sightseeing spots for Japanese tourists as well. However, for non-Japanese guests who are to experience things unique to Japan, without a tour guide, it could not be so stimulating, - a beautiful harbor, traditional garden, fashionable shopping mall, which could be likely to appear not so different from Tokyo, or other Western or Asian port cities. Actually, Yokohama is very special for Japan ! Without Yokohama, Japan would not have been developed into what it is now! Would you find real attraction of Yokohama with me ? I grew up in Osaka, studied in Kyoto, and worked for 20 years as an urban planning expert for the national and local governments. “Highly recommended ”
I really liked how Shunta san asked me what things I wanted to see/expereince for my tour. I wanted to see Team Borderless ( high recommend ) and complete a bucket list item of a helicopter ride. He was able to create an itenerary around these items that was amazing. We stayed in communication for the weeks leading up to my trip. Unfortunately, although I set my alarm on iPad, I must’ve set it for PM cause I didn’t wake up in time. But to my amazement, he was still in my hotel lobby waiting for me. We had to make some amendments due to loss of 45min. But he was completely flexible. Aside from this, it was an amazing time. Kudos to him for when at the last minute I needed to contact the helicopter tour due to a last minute change on their part, he called them on my behalf since I didn’t have an int’l number. Overall, a great experience, well worth the money, and would definitely hire him again.

“Nagasaki Pilgrimage Tour With Yoshiko”
We had a wonderful experience with Yoshiko (Yoshi) as our private tour guide in Nagasaki. She tailored the tour to our interests, taking us to meaningful sites such as Urakami Cathedral, Nyokodo, the Nagai Takashi Memorial Museum, Nishizaka (St. Philip) Church, the 26 Martyrs Museum and Relics, Nakamachi Catholic Church, the Lourdes Grotto at Hongomachi Church, and more. She also made it possible for us to attend Mass at St. Philip’s as we had hoped. Yoshi was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always attentive to our pace, while also keeping us right on schedule. She even went above and beyond by helping us secure train and bus tickets for the next part of our journey. Yoshi was truly one of the best guides we had during our trip to Japan, and we highly recommend her to anyone visiting Nagasaki.

“Amazing day with Hiromi”
We had a wonderful day with Hiromi. We were a group of six Canadians visiting Tokyo, and Hiromi was truly exceptional. She shared with us a wealth of historical and cultural insights, while making sure we visited as many sites as possible. Her outstanding professionalism made our experience even more memorable. On top of that, Hiromi speaks excellent English and French, which made communication easy and enjoyable throughout the day.
