“First time visit to Japan ”
This was our very first time visiting Japan. Kono made sure that our first visit went smoothly. He's an excellent tour guide. He was very prompt, organized, and courteous. We had a very tight timeline. He made sure that we were able to fit in everything that we planned. He was also good with giving suggestions. I would definitely hire him again. Kono made our first visit to Japan a positive experience!

“Authentic Izakaya tour”
We had a fantastic time with Shunta and experienced authentic restaurants and bars that had no tourists in it. We went to places we would never have known about if not for Shunta. I strongly recommend choosing Shunta and this particular tour.

“Akira – A True Tokyo Companion”
When I think back to my time in Tokyo, one name sticks with a warm smile: Akira. This wasn’t your standard checklist-style tour – it was something much more genuine. Akira didn’t just show me places. He showed me how Tokyo lives. How people laugh, what they drink, where they walk when they need a break from the world. He invited me into the rhythm of the city – and I’ll never forget it. Everything we did, we did on foot. No rushing, no pressure. Just walking through the heartbeat of Tokyo and absorbing its hidden magic. Based on where I stayed (Akihabara), we explored the surrounding areas step by step – always tailored to what fit me. Not once did I feel like "just another customer." What stood out even more was his kindness off duty. One day I had trouble at the post office, and although it wasn’t a day he was officially guiding me, he messaged, “Is everything okay? Do you need help?” And he meant it. No hesitation, no delay – just genuine care. I didn’t have to ask. He was already there. Akira doesn’t follow scripts. He follows your vibe. He noticed the little things I liked – the atmosphere I enjoyed, the kind of spots that made my eyes light up – and he adapted the entire experience around it. And sometimes, I could feel that the places we went meant something to him too. Quiet neighborhoods, tucked-away gems, places not filled with tourists, but with real Tokyo life. To anyone reading this, first of all: thank you. And second: if you're wondering whether Akira is the right person to guide you – take that step. Tell him what you're into. Share your thoughts. And trust me: he’ll listen. He’ll create something that doesn’t feel like a tour, but like a story. Your story. In a city that has a million faces, Akira knows how to find the one that matches yours. I’m already looking forward to the day I return – or maybe even the day I call Tokyo home. Either way, I know one thing for sure: I’ll be seeing Akira again. ありがとう ございます 明さん。 また会いましょう、その時もきっと楽しい一日になるでしょう。

Dear Christopher, Thank you so much for the great review. Thank you so much for verbalizing about the five days that we spent in Tokyo. Things that you kindly wrote about my tour is what I have always been wishing my customers feel. I try to make things as personal as possible for every tours, and I try not to act like a guide. I am hoping that everyone that participate my tour can get an idea of what it is like to be one of Tokyo locals, what it is like to live in this city. I am so glad that the way I guide, and the way I exchange, worked good for you. I always believe that the world is like a mirror. If you think that you saw something good in me, that is a reflection of something good in you. I remember you were always being nice and paying respect to locals and their culture. Not only me, but also everyone in my country cannot help being nice and sincere to a person like you. Thank you so much again for having me this time. It was my pleasure to be a part of your memorable Japan trip.
