“Personal Day tour ”

Dai was great. Moulded our day tour to suit and was very happy to adjust the day to more reflect what we wanted to see. Even though we changed some places he was still very informative and gave us some great insight to history and traditions. The Lunch spots he took us too were also great, but again asked for our input onto what we wanted. His English was also very good. We felt very comfortable the whole time and would definitely do another tour with Dai.

We recently had the pleasure of taking a tour in Japan, guided by Yoshi. Overall, it was a well-organized experience, and I truly appreciate Yoshi's efforts in making our trip enjoyable. From the beginning, Yoshi was incredibly responsive and organized. He communicated with me promptly via email, reminding us of our upcoming activities several times. He also took care of our train reservations and ensured we arrived on time at each station, which made traveling around Japan much smoother. A standout moment was when he went the extra mile to help my husband find his misplaced wallet at Team Labs, providing him with directions and support. This level of care truly made a difference. However, I did face a couple of challenges during the tour. Yoshi walked at a fast pace, which made it difficult for me to keep up at times. Due to a medical condition, I struggled to maintain that speed, and I would have appreciated it if he had looked back occasionally to check on our group. I didn't feel comfortable sharing my condition with him, but I believe a slightly slower pace would benefit travelers who may need it. Additionally, while we tried to engage in conversation, Yoshi's responses felt somewhat reserved. He seemed a bit closed off, which made it challenging to connect on a more personal level compared to other tours we experienced during our trip. In conclusion, while Yoshi was efficient and organized, I believe that adding a more open and adaptable approach to pacing and conversation could enhance the experience for future travelers. “Amazing Tokyo Tour with Hiromi!”

Our Tokyo tour with Hiromi was absolutely wonderful! From the historic streets of Asakusa to the beautiful temples and shrines, every part of the tour was thoughtfully planned and enjoyable. Hiromi introduced us to delicious local foods, guided us through lively souvenir markets, and shared fascinating insights about Tokyo’s culture and history. She also took us to Shibuya, where we experienced the excitement and energy of one of Tokyo’s most iconic districts. Throughout the day, Hiromi was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our interests. What made the experience truly special was Hiromi herself. She is such a warm, thoughtful, and caring person who made us feel welcome from the moment we met her. Her kindness and genuine passion for sharing her city made our visit unforgettable. We highly recommend Hiromi to anyone visiting Tokyo—you’ll not only have an amazing guide but also gain a wonderful friend along the way.
