“Great day with Yoshi”

On the first day of my 2 day trip to Tokyo, Yoshi was a wonderful host and showed me how to navigate the transit system while sharing many of the historical, and some more vibrant, areas of the City. He shared the history of the different areas and culture as we visited which made for a great experience. His casual style fit perfectly for me and I would recommend him without hesitation. From the moment he met us in the lobby, my children were at ease. His competence and love for all things Japan shone through the entire day. His knowledge of Japanese history was a special treat. It’s one thing to visit this or that site, but a concise, entertaining account of the historical context adds a depth that makes the experience far more rewarding. In addition to showing us significant sites, he taught us how to navigate public transportation on our own and even introduced me to the amazing world of Japanese whisky! I’m already trying to gather a posse of friends to return to Japan for some serious whisky touring - hopefully with Grant as our guide again. Thank you!
