“Perfect Day in Yokohama with Toki”

From our first communications in the GoWithGuide system, through our day tour in Yokohama, Toki was delightful, responsive, and genuinely interested in providing us with exactly the experience we were looking for! I was visiting Japan with my two adult daughters, and I had lived in Yokohama as a child for two years with my family. Returning to see the area where I had lived was a lifelong wish, and Toki expertly walked us through the area as part of our day tour with her. She expressed interest in my family story and seemed to enjoy playing "detective" with us, searching for clues as to the exact location of the house where I had lived 65 years ago, which has been replaced long ago with more modern buildings. In addition, she made other suggestions for places to go which we enjoyed and appreciated. Toki connected well with all of us, and we are grateful for her guidance and company during a very special day.

“Wonderful customised Yokohama tour”

My family and I had a wonderful time on our customised tour with Kashima San. He prepared a detailed itinerary file on all the attractions we would be visiting, giving us some background information of each location. His sheet of frequently used Japanese words and the English translation was very helpful! We had a most pleasant time touring Yokohama. Thank you Kashima san for your preparation and showing us around Yokohama.

Yok san, Thank you very much for your upmost review to me. We visited Yokohama city. Thanks to your strong curiosity about Japan, we could talk and change various information about every tour spots. We visited Sankei-en Garden where lots of historical buildings as important property were transferred here from Kyoto and Nara, China town as crowded and gorgeous area where you could see lots of unique buildings and tasted various Chinese foods. Ramen Museum where your sons enjoy their own cup-noodle making. Land mark tower sky garden to see 360angle overview of Yokohama and surroundings and red brick warehouse where we could taste nice sweets and drinks. I could enjoy very much and get more knowledge thanks to your questions and discussion. I hope that you visit Japan again in near future so that I can introduce other nice tour spots. Thanks, Kashima,
